We are a small UK-based business and every order is packed and shipped by hand. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and accuracy of every shipment.
Where We Ship
We ship worldwide to countries supported by our shipping providers.
If your country is available during checkout, we can ship to you. If a shipping option is not available, unfortunately our carriers do not currently support delivery to that destination.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically dispatched twice per week.
Most orders are shipped on:
- UK orders happen daily
- International orders are shipped on a Monday
Please allow additional processing time during busy periods, public holidays or for made-to-order products.
Shipping Services
All orders are shipped using fully tracked delivery services.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
For security and reliability, we do not offer untracked shipping services.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery times are:
United Kingdom
- 1–5 working days
Europe
- 5–15 working days
International
- 7–20 working days
Please note that customs processing, local postal services and other factors outside our control may affect delivery times.
Customs, Duties and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import VAT or handling fees imposed by your local customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Lab Fifteen Co has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

European Union Orders
Where applicable, VAT may be collected through the checkout process in accordance with current regulations.
Additional customs procedures may apply depending on the destination country and current import requirements.
United States Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Certain carriers may require additional information such as a telephone number or email address for customs clearance and delivery purposes.
Failure to provide required information may result in delays or returned shipments.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, any costs associated with reshipping the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery is attempted and the parcel is not collected or accepted, the carrier may return the parcel to us.
If a returned parcel needs to be shipped again, additional shipping charges will apply.
If a refund is requested after a parcel has been returned due to non-collection or refusal of delivery, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Please note that parcels are not considered lost until the carrier's investigation process has been completed.
