Returns, Refunds & Warranty

At Lab Fifteen Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

For any returns, refund requests or warranty enquiries, please contact us via the Contact page before returning any items.

Change of Mind Returns

If you are a customer in the UK or EU, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel your order.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition
• Include any original packaging where possible
• Be returned within 14 days of notifying us

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Custom & Personalised Products

Many products sold by Lab Fifteen Co are made to order, customised or personalised.

Custom-made and personalised products are generally exempt from change-of-mind returns and cancellations once production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom resin buttons
• Custom colours
• Custom designs
• Products made specifically to a customer's requirements

If a custom product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for:

• A description of the problem
• Photographs of the item
• Photographs of any packaging damage where applicable

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

• A replacement item
• A repair
• A partial refund
• A full refund

We will always aim to provide a fair and reasonable solution.

Acrylic Display Cases

Our acrylic display cases are designed to protect and display collectibles.

Due to the nature of acrylic materials, minor marks, manufacturing tolerances and variations may occasionally occur. Any significant defects should be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Display cases must be used as intended and are not suitable as toys.

Resin Buttons & Modification Parts

All resin buttons and replacement parts should be installed carefully and at the user's own risk.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installation, modification or misuse.

If a part is found to be defective upon arrival, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Warranty

In addition to your statutory consumer rights, Lab Fifteen Co will provide support for genuine manufacturing defects reported within a reasonable period after purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Incorrect installation
• Misuse or abuse
• Damage caused during modifications performed by the customer

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
